Custom sterilization boxes.
Various graphic, functional and aesthetic customizations can be affixed to the Pegaso sterilization boxes. To do this we make use of different technologies, such as:
Laser screen printing
Personalization and precision
Laser screen printing on sterilization boxes is achieved by a carbon-evidence laser marking process. Achievable colors are scales of black and white.
Laser screen printing makes it possible to produce:
- Custom logos
- Descriptive lettering
- Codes
- Data matrix
- Barcode
- Qr code (C)
- Instrument projection (D) in the form of:
- Profili semplici
- Proiezione realistica (proiezione dello strumento da 3D, sfumature di luce…)
- IInstrument projection (D) in the form of:
- Simple profiles
- Realistic projection (projection of the instrument from 3D, shades of light...)
Ink screen printing
Clear and durable branding
Ink screen printing on sterilization boxes is achieved by the process of applying ink, using a frame. Coloring is done according to RAL specification by customer (one color per frame).
Ink screen printing makes it possible to produce:

- Descriptive lettering
- Codes
- Instrument projection in the form of:
- Simple profiles
- Realistic projection (projection of the instrument from 3D, shades of light...)
